1. About Our Products
All our sarees are handmade by skilled weavers. Because they are handcrafted, there may be slight changes in color or weave. This is normal and shows the beauty of handmade products.
2. Orders and Payments
Orders are confirmed only after full payment.
We accept online payments through UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available right now.
3. Shipping
We deliver all over India.
Orders are usually shipped in 5–7 working days.
If there are any delays due to holidays or other reasons, we will let you know.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
We only accept returns if you receive a damaged or wrong product.
You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Please share an unboxing video for proof.
The item should be unused and in its original condition.
5. Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include taxes.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
