At Sunehra Dhaga, we truly value your trust and want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our sarees are handcrafted by skilled weavers, each piece is unique.
We accept refunds or exchanges only under the following conditions:
When can you request a refund or exchange?
If you receive a damaged product
If we sent the wrong item
What should you do?
Inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Share an unboxing video as proof. (This helps us verify the issue.)
Make sure the saree is unused, with tags and original packaging.
When is a refund not possible?
If the saree was used, washed, or altered.
If you change your mind after purchase (no refunds for "no longer needed" or "don’t like it" reasons).
If there’s a minor color variation (due to screen settings or lighting).
Refund Process:
Once your return is approved, we will initiate the refund.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
