At Sunehra Dhaga, we work hard to ensure that your handcrafted sarees reach you in perfect condition. However, we do understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy to help you make an informed decision:

Order Cancellation Window:

• You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.

• Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If the Order Is Already Shipped:

• If your order has been packed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

• In such cases, you may refer to our Refund/Return Policy (if applicable).
